Jeffrey “Harrison” Bobbitt - President

Harrison received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University, Samuel Ginn College of Engineering, graduating in 2016. During his schooling, Harrison partnered with Atlanta, GA based Batson-Cook Construction as “co-op” student. After graduating, he was hired full time by Batson-Cook and successfully completed over $75 million in Healthcare Projects and over $35 million in Private Commercial Projects as a Project Manager. This is where Harrison’s passion for the Construction process began.

Before joining Dav-Lin, Harrison was approached for his commitment to serve as the future leader of Dav-Lin. Since coming on board in 2022, Harrison has helped oversee the transition to new Ownership and is currently serving as President. He has made significant contributions to the success of the Company by building a team of skilled professionals. He has maintained strong client relationships established by a trusted company by overseeing and continuously delivering a superior client-contractor experience and a superior finished product. Dav-Lin has reinvigorated Harrison’s passion for the construction process. He is passionate about Dav-Lin, and excited to reach new heights with an already trusted Company.

Harrison enjoys many hobbies such as golfing, fishing, hunting and traveling. However, he enjoys the most spending time with his wife, Clare, and son, Harris.

Adam Leo – Project Manager

Adam Leo is a Project Manager at Dav-Lin, boasting over nine years of experience in various commercial construction industries. Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, he graduated from UNF with a Building Construction major and a Business Administration minor. Adam's expertise includes various sectors such as healthcare, education, retail, industrial, office, hospitality, restaurant, and multi-family projects. His passion lies in contributing to the growth and development of his hometown, which has undergone significant changes over the years.

At Dav-Lin, Adam's role involves assisting clients in realizing their visions for office build-outs and creating engaging and functional work environments. He values the relationships he builds with clients and subcontractors, aiming to forge long-term partnerships. Adam is well-versed in navigating the challenges and roadblocks inherent in construction projects. His commitment to overcoming these obstacles in collaboration with clients and subcontractors has made Dav-Lin a preferred choice for many. He strongly advocates for trust and transparency in all his projects, ensuring clients feel confident in contacting him for assistance, regardless of the project's size or complexity. For Adam, the ultimate reward is delivering a project that meets and exceeds client expectations while providing steadfast support throughout the construction process.

Donnie Fine – General Superintendent

Donnie has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, having served as a Field Engineer, Foreman, Superintendent and General Superintendent all for Dav-Lin. He is a part of almost every single Project that Dav-Lin has performed and has extensive interior construction knowledge that surpasses most. Donnie is an asset to Dav-Lin and has proven experience with almost every Landlord and Property Manager in the greater Jacksonville area.

As the General Superintendent, Donnie manages our Superintendents as needed for execution of work related to our Projects. He supports the general construction management activities as related to the Project including, but not limited to, scheduling, trade/subcontractor coordination, QA/QC, and safety management.

Bender Middlekauff- Senior Project Manager

Bender is a Senior Project Manager at Dav-Lin, with eight years of experience in the commercial construction industry. He is a Jacksonville native with deep ties to the community. Bender received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama in 2019 and was a "co-op" student with Brasfield & Gorrie where he worked in preconstruction, project management, and field engineering. Bender’s grandfather was a ship builder and he loved physics, so studying engineering suited him well. Discovering a passion for construction in college, Bender was President of the AISC Steel Bridge team where he recruited a team that designed, fabricated, and constructed a to scale model bridge, where they competed against other colleges.

After graduating, he was hired on full time in Brasfield & Gorrie's Jacksonville office and led numerous successful projects in the healthcare sector, including the UF Wildlight Ambulatory Care Hub in Yulee ($20M), Ascension St. Vincent's Hospital in St. Johns County ($70M), and most recently a three-story Advent Health MOB and Ambulatory Surgery Center in Daytona Beach ($30M), which was fully occupied with five different tenants.

Bender is a family man. He is married to his loving wife, Tatum, whom is also a Jacksonville native. They are expecting a baby girl in June. His parents, Jeff and Dina, and brother Sam also live in Jacksonville. His older sister, Carlton, lives in Atlanta, GA. Some of his hobbies include golfing, hunting, biking, drone aerial photography and videography.

Bender joined Dav-Lin because he wanted a larger role in a smaller company. Dav-Lin is very well established in the Jacksonville market, and he looks forward to applying his expertise in preconstruction and project management, contributing to the team in a meaningful way as a Senior Project Manager. Being a part of the Jacksonville commercial construction industry for the past five years, he has established a multitude of relationships with subcontractors, owners, and clients. Bender enjoys being a project manager at Dav-Lin because he loves the city of Jacksonville and wants others to experience his love for Jacksonville too. Whether a legacy business that needs a renovation, or a new business expanding into the market, he wants them to love where they work. For Bender, the goal is delivering a project that is on time and exceeds clients’ expectations.
