Dav-Lin, LLC: Over 35 Years of Excellence in Construction and Renovation since its inception in 1987 as Dav-Lin Construction Company, Inc., Dav-Lin, LLC has established itself as a leader in commercial interior renovations and buildouts. Originally founded to cater to the growing needs of the construction sector, the company evolved with the launch of Dav-Lin Interior Contractors, Inc. in 1994, focusing specifically on commercial interiors.
In a significant development in June 2022, Geddes Enterprises, LLC, a prominent family-owned investment firm led by Tim Geddes and CEO Steve Jenkins, acquired the company. This strategic move led to the renaming of the company to Dav-Lin, LLC and marked a new era of growth and expansion.
January 2023 saw another milestone with Harrison Bobbitt rising to the position of President. Under his leadership, Dav-Lin, LLC, now a key part of Geddes Enterprises' operations, continues to thrive. The company, along with its sister companies, employs over 200 skilled professionals in Northeast Florida. These teams are committed to delivering exceptional specialty trade construction and niche manufacturing services across the Sunbelt region.

Steven T. Jenkins - Chief Executive Officer, Geddes Enterprises & Subsidiaries
Steve joined Indigo South Capital (ISC) in 2019 to lead our specialty construction and niche manufacturing investments. He has over 25 years of experience executing strategic business plans for middle market companies which included over 15 years as a founder, Owner and CEO of Moran Environmental and Water Recovery, LLC. Steve earned a B.A. in Business Finance from Mercer University and has been active in the local community through board appointments with the City of Jacksonville, City of Atlantic Beach and First Coast Manufacturers Association. Under Steve’s leadership, ISC’s portfolio in these markets has grown to include 6 legacy brands, just under 300 employees, and over $70 million in sales.
Jeffrey “Harrison” Bobbitt – President, Partner
Harrison received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University, Samuel Ginn College of Engineering, graduating in 2016. During his schooling, Harrison partnered with Atlanta, GA based Batson-Cook Construction as “co-op” student. After graduating, he was hired full time by Batson-Cook and successfully completed over $75 million in Healthcare Projects and over $35 million in Private Commercial Projects as a Project Manager. This is where Harrison’s passion for the Construction process began.
Before joining Dav-Lin, Harrison was approached for his commitment to serve as the future leader of Dav-Lin. Since coming on board in 2022, Harrison has helped oversee the transition to new Ownership and is currently serving as President. He has made significant contributions to the success of the Company by building a team of skilled professionals. He has maintained strong client relationships established by a trusted company by overseeing and continuously delivering a superior client-contractor experience and a superior finished product. Dav-Lin has reinvigorated Harrison’s passion for the construction process. He is passionate about Dav-Lin, and excited to reach new heights with an already trusted Company.
Harrison enjoys many hobbies such as golfing, fishing, hunting and traveling. However, he enjoys the most spending time with his wife, Clare, and son, Harris.
Donnie Fine – General Superintendent
Donnie has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, having served as a Field Engineer, Foreman, Superintendent and General Superintendent all for Dav-Lin. He is a part of almost every single Project that Dav-Lin has performed and has extensive interior construction knowledge that surpasses most. Donnie is an asset to Dav-Lin and has proven experience with almost every Landlord and Property Manager in the greater Jacksonville area.
As the General Superintendent, Donnie manages our Superintendents as needed for execution of work related to our Projects. He supports the general construction management activities as related to the Project including, but not limited to, scheduling, trade/subcontractor coordination, QA/QC, and safety management.
Bender Middlekauff – Vice President, Partner
Bender is a Senior Project Manager at Dav-Lin with eight years of experience in commercial construction. A Jacksonville native, he holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama and began his career with Brasfield & Gorrie, gaining hands-on experience in preconstruction, project management, and field engineering. He went on to lead major projects across North Florida, including UF Wildlight’s Ambulatory Care Hub, Ascension St. Vincent’s Hospital, and AdventHealth’s three-story MOB and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Bender brings deep technical expertise, strong community roots, and extensive relationships throughout the Jacksonville construction market. He joined Dav-Lin to take on a leadership role within a well-established local firm, helping drive its growth while ensuring every project is delivered on schedule and above expectations. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, biking, and drone photography. He and his wife, Tatum, are proud Jacksonville natives raising their family in the city they love.
